Thank you for choosing Classy Ibiza as your luxury vacation destination. To ensure your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible, please read through our booking conditions carefully.
Booking and Payment:
To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental price must be paid upon confirmation of your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of your arrival date, the full rental amount is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a 10% administration fee. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, we will only refund your deposit if we are able to rebook the property for the same dates at the same rate. If we are unable to rebook the property, no refund will be given.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required for all bookings. The amount varies depending on the property and will be communicated to you prior to booking. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, provided there is no damage to the property.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm on the day of your arrival. If you will be arriving outside of these hours, please let us know in advance. Check-out is by 10am on the day of your departure. Late check-out may be possible subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed to stay at each property is specified in the property description. No additional guests are permitted without prior consent.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties unless specifically stated otherwise in the property description.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside any of our properties.
Liability:
Classy Ibiza and its representatives accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay.
